Privacy policy
This policy covers candlewise.app. Our iPhone app, Trading View Chart AI Analyzer, has its own policy, shown on its App Store page.
Chart screenshots
When you analyze a chart, the image is sent from our server to our analysis backend and an AI model provider to produce the report. We do not store the image on this site, and we do not use it to identify you. Do not upload screenshots that show account numbers, balances or other personal details.
What we log
- Usage limits. To enforce two free analyses a day we store a one-way hash of your IP address with a daily counter. The hash cannot be turned back into your IP address.
- Product events. Page views, uploads, results, errors and clicks on partner or app links, with a random session ID kept in your browser, your country, your operating system, the referring page and campaign tags in the URL. No name, email or account data.
We keep this data for up to 24 months to understand how the site is used, then delete it.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. The site stores one random session ID in your browser's local storage. Partner sites you visit through our links set their own cookies under their own policies.
Who processes data
Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the logs. Supabase runs our analysis backend, and our AI model provider processes chart images. Google Fonts serves the typeface.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at hello@candlewise.app. Because we do not collect names or emails on this site, include the approximate time and device of your visit so we can find the records.
